Our Training and Placements Division, a specially dedicated wing handling placements and related affairs, is in continuous contact with the leading corporates, from all fields, throughout the country and abroad.
During the placement season, these companies have a cycle of group discussions, personal interviews and written tests, all of which is arranged inside the campus by our placements cell, and for which our students are exclusively trained since the first semester in terms of aptitude, personality development etc.
AGI is very proud of its placement statistics, where 90% of our students are pre-placed during the campus interviews itself, with a majority of the students getting placed within their core academic field!

Placements
The office liaises with industrial establishments, corporate houses etc., which conduct campus interviews and select graduate and post-graduate students from all disciplines. The Training & Placement Office provides the infrastructural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests and interviews besides catering to other logistics.
Personality Development
In today’s scenario students are required to exhibit their talents in spoken English, communication skills, business writing, business etiquette, presentation skills, leadership skills, team working, group dynamics and interview skills etc. Our in-house programs in Personality Development are supplemented by covering all students enrolled to undergo personality development special sessions, running through all the semesters. This task is performed in association with leading corporate training organizations.
